Who are we?
Earth Guardians is an intergenerational organisation with youth at the forefront that trains diverse youth to be effective leaders in the environmental, climate and social justice movements across the globe.

Our mission
To inspire and train diverse youth to be effective leaders in the environmental, climate, and social justice movements.

Youth empowerment and training on climate, environmental, social justice - using art, music, storytelling, on the ground projects, civic engagement and legal action to advance solutions to the critical issues we face as a global community. We empower our youth to initiate project that conserve the environment such as planting trees, cleaning water bodies in their communities and collection of plastic wastes.
What environmental work do we do?

Where do we carry out this work?
EG has 400 youth crews in over 70 countries in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Africa - working on climate, environmental and social issues directly impacting their communities.

We have weekly meetings with our teams on the field - who all fill out monthly narrative reports. Our Regional Directors do weekly field visits with our crews ; Our Program Director does monthly random field visits ; our Executive Director does quarterly field visits - to ensure our projects have impact on the ground. We have annual crew audits to confirm the active number of crews in our database.
How do we measure the impact of our work?

What impact have we achieved to date?
Our global crews from 267 in over 60 countries to 400 crews in over 70 countries working on issues directly impacting their communities. 65 youth leaders across the globe attended our virtual Indigenous Youth Leadership and Crew Leadership Trainings - empowering their crews with their new skills. Our Regional Crew Directors trained 432 youth in their different regions worldwide. Our Speakers Bureau Youth, a powerful, inspirational team, spoke at 25 events across the globe engaging and educating tens of thousands of people.EG’s Revolutionize the Vote campaign contributed to 25,000+ youth voters registered in the US 2020 election. EG crews globally planted 50,000 trees.
